How to make a reservation

Step one


Please call us at (585) 964-9288 to verify availability and book your pets reservations.


Here at Pheasant Creek Farm, we schedule 15-minute intervals for picking up and dropping off your pets. This allows us time to discuss any last minute details before you drop your pet off and to tell you about their fantastic vacation when you return to pick them up. 


If our schedule does not meet your needs, we will do our best to accommodate the drop off and pick up times that will be most convenient for you.

Step two


Once your reservations have been booked, please review and complete the appropriate client information form. Download single pet form or multiple pet form .

Step three

Please submit your pets updated vaccination records and the client information form prior to your scheduled drop-off. These forms can be submitted via fax, email or direct mail. This will ensure appropriate accommodations for your pets stay with us. 

The following vaccinations are mandatory for your pets stay with us: 
Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

We currently do not require a Canine Influenza Vaccine. For additional information on this vaccination, please discuss with your veterinarian.
Step four

Drop your pet off at their scheduled reservation time and know with complete confidence that your pet is in great hands. We are certain they will enjoy their vacation with us while you are on your vacation.

Cancelation Policy:

There will be a $50 cancelation fee for any reservations canceled with less than 48 hours notice. Customers that do not show up for their reservation, will be charged for the entire duration of the reservation.

Driving directions

Directions from The Lake Ontario State Parkway:


Take the Walker Lake Ontario Road Exit (Route 260)

Continue South for 3.7 miles

We are located on the right-hand side

Facility is located at the end of the driveway behind the barn


Directions from Hilton:


Take Route 18 West

You will come to a blinking traffic light. This is the intersection of Walker Lake Ontario Road (Route 260) and Route 18.

Turn right at the blinking light and we are 1/2 mile North on the left.

Directions from Airport/East Side:


Take I-390 North from the Airport

At exit 20B take Ramp (LEFT) onto I-490 West towards I-490 / Buffalo

At exit 8, take Ramp (RIGHT) onto Route-531 (Spencerport Expressway) towards RT-531 / Spencerport / Brockport

Turn RIGHT (North) at the end of Route 531 onto Washington St

Turn LEFT (West) onto Route-31 (Brockport Spencerport Rd)

Turn RIGHT (North) onto Route-260 (Sweden Walker Rd)

Continue on for approximately 6 miles. You will come to a blinking traffic light; this is the intersection of Route 260 

and Route 18.

Continue straight through the light and we are 1/2 mile on the left-hand side.

Facility is located at the end of the driveway behind the barn.
